inspired by Southern flavors and music culture, today announced the launch of “Wings for
Strings,” a new initiative designed to help independent musicians offset the growing costs of touring.
The program allows bands to partner with Winghuvan through custom affiliate links. When fans purchase Winghuvan sauce through a band’s link, a portion of each sale goes directly toward helping that band fund touring expenses such as fuel, lodging, and equipment.
The program will kick off with the band @riotknightofficial & @thedetours_band and plan to open up the program to other touring bands in the future.
With the rising cost of touring, particularly transportation and fuel, many independent artists face significant financial challenges just to bring their music to new audiences. Wings for Strings aims to create a new revenue stream that connects music fans with artists in a meaningful and sustainable way.

“Independent musicians are the heartbeat of the music scene,” said Andy Radke, founder of Winghuvan. “Touring is how bands grow their audiences, but it’s becoming harder every year to make the economics work. Wings for Strings is our way of helping artists stay on the road while building a community around great food and great music.”
"As an artist manager, people like Andy are a godsend" said James of SYC Talent, an artist manager based in Los Angeles. "I've been working hands on with the indie and DIY scene in Southern California and beyond- I think it would shock people to find out how many bands are economically challenged when it comes to touring even two hours up the road". Winghuvan has worked with SYC Talent to develop this program from the ground up, offering artists an equitable way to receive sponsorship and financial support around the country. "Just a few dollars a bottle doesn't sound like a lot- but every bit counts. I hope indie artists around the country hear about this and can help spread the message." James Trotter - Sawtelle Yacht Club

Winghuvan’s brand roots are deeply connected to the independent music scene. The company’s name was inspired by a Goose song, reflecting the improvisational spirit and creative culture that influenced the brand’s development.
